Just some stuff =p
First and foremost I found this fun little flash game while I was waiting for DA to finish with system maintainance....

This was actually inspired by, partly from watching Little Mermaid randomly and partly from a short story read in my Writing Fiction class. The short story brought up a good point-- how do merpeople reproduce? This, of course, first brings into question, are they fish or mammals? Because that would make a huge difference in reproduction strategies... humm... anyways, I better get my mind out of the gutter before it gets stuck there. *cough* ... *ahem* I also drew another picture to go along with that "When boys grow to be Men" deviation:

The whole idea behind the story is that Reign is saved as a young boy by the spirit of the girl shown above. You see, she was trapped in a tower of ice deep within the caves of a haunted island. (haunted, because she could "project" her image, making people think she was a ghost) He makes a promise with her, that if she guide's his father's sailors to him, he will someday come back and free her from the ice. So, many years later when he is a grown pirate he comes to rescue her. However, during his days as a pirate he learned of a legend--That a girl trapped in ice, lost at sea, would lead her rescuer to long lost riches and treasure. So basically, my little story (now dubbed "Legend of Reign") is about the two of them sailing the seven seas trying to find the treasure. Sadly for the girl (who I have yet to name) she has to find the treasure before her second moon of being awakened or she will die. =p Sounds lovely, doesn't it? Oh don't worry I'm a definate patron of happy endings~
